Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting our business development efforts by identifying and qualifying leads and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Prospect and identify new business opportunities through calls
● Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
● Research target markets and decision-makers to understand their business needs.
● Work closely with the internal sales team to refine opportunities.
● Represent a global interiors & workplace design firm with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
Job requirements
● 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred).
● Proven track record in lead generation or sales support.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections.
● Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
● Good organisational and time management skills.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
