Job description

Salary: R10,000.00 for 4 hours per day Monday to Friday.
R10,000.00 per month commission if the Target is reached

Experience required:
 Proven track record in lead generation/appointment setting
 Sales, Marketing, Business Development experience
 Genuine understanding of business & interest in strategies & systems for business growth
for SME’s

 Love the phone for outbound calling, with excellent rapport building, communication &
engagement skills
 Outstanding at asking questions, listening & digging deeper to get emotional engagement
 Mentally tough with a healthy supply of hard work, optimism & resilience
 Able to think outside the box, be proactive and solutions-focused
 Proactive & persistent, backed up by solid organisational skills (time management; using
CRM/workflow)
 Excellent IT & Digital proficiency: we rely on tools such as Google Suite, Hubspot CRM,
LinkedIn.
 Target-driven with a determination to achieve

Job requirements

Standards expected:
 Submit weekly report tracking activities & results vs targets – to be reviewed in a weekly
meeting
 Lead qualification information documented in CRM
 Share a voice recording of call for appointments booked; listen back & identify actions for
improvement
 Adhere to all values, points of culture & professional standards at all times (Appendix 1)
 Continuous improvement of relevant knowledge & skills through reading & other learning
methods

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
 Your main goal will be to generate appointments and lead generation through
telemarketing & LinkedIn networking campaigns
 You will drive the sales and follow-up process, which will include creating and nurturing a
database of prospects and pipelines.
 Keeping accurate records of KPIs and maintaining the CRM database
 Building & nurturing a database of target market clients
