Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Appointment Setter / B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging, and qualifying business leads, with the goal of setting up high-quality appointments for our Business Coach client . You’ll play a critical part in the early stages of the sales cycle and help drive the company’s growth by building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prospect and identify new B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
✅ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles
✅ Engage decision-makers / business owners, clearly communicate service value, and build initial rapport
✅ Set up meetings between qualified prospects and business coaches
✅ Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status, and pipeline updates in the CRM system
✅ Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging
✅ Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, emails, appointments booked, and qualified leads
✅ Provide feedback on market trends, common objections, and customer needs

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, telesales, call centre, or inside sales (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive approach

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Passion for sales, growth, and hitting targets

  • Proactive and able to think “out of the box”
